Theta Xi was outgrowing their current house and in need of an expansion with upgrades. The original house was renovated to modernize and improve the quality of living. The house received a new sprinkler system and upgrades to the doors, lighting, flooring, windows, and wall finishes.

Expanding the space by the addition of a three-story building created larger rooms and living quarters. The first floor consisted of a new library and study space and the second and third levels were occupied by sleeping dorms.
