Project Manager
Full Time
The Project Manager is responsible for managing all phases of a construction project, coordinating the project team and maintaining the project budget. Such duties may include: coordinating subcontractors, direct supervision of superintendents, maintaining current construction documents, overseeing project closeout, coordinating project schedule, performing customer relations activities, performing any other assignments as directed by President. Preferred applicants will have a college degree and 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry. Physical demands require lifting up to 50lbs and adequate vision.
Superintendent
Full Time
The Superintendent is responsible for all aspects of daily operations on a construction project. Such duties may include: direction of subcontractors and BHS personnel on site, maintaining a safe jobsite, maintaining tools and equipment on site, interpreting project plans and producing red line drawings, scheduling inspections, confirming materials and coordinating material deliveries, promotion of teamwork, performing any other assignments as directed by Project Manager or President. Preferred applicants will have 5 years of experience, active driver’s license, OSHA training certification and elevated construction knowledge. Physical demands require lifting up to 100lbs, adequate vision and tolerance for extended exposure to outdoor elements.
Estimator
Full Time
The Estimator is responsible for preparing cost estimates for building projects. Job responsibilities may include: interpreting construction plans, continuing education on construction materials, analyzing project budgets, researching value engineering methods, maintaining vendor relations, organizing bid information, performing any other assignments as directed by President. Preferred applicants will have a college degree and 5-10 years of experience. Physical demands include lifting up to 50lbs and adequate vision.
Carpenter
Full Time
The Carpenter position is responsible for skilled construction tasks on a construction project. Such duties may include: assembling materials to make framework, installing structures and fixtures, finishing surfaces of woodwork, patching, performing concrete work, studying specifications in blueprints, arriving on time with required tools, performing any other assignments as directed by Superintendent or Project Manager. Preferred applicants will have 5-10 years of experience on a construction site. Physical demands include lifting up to 100lbs, adequate vision, long periods of standing and extended exposure to outdoor elements.
Laborer
Full Time
The Laborer position is responsible for physical tasks on a construction job site. Such duties may include: daily clean-up, organizing materials, flagging, constructing framework, performing any other assignments as directed by the Superintendent or Foreman. Preferred applicants will have some experience on a construction site. Physical demands include lifting up to 100lbs, adequate vision, long periods of standing and extended exposure to outdoor elements.
Project Administrator
Full Time
The project administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for construction projects. Such duties may include: data entry, managing project correspondence, creating and distributing subcontracts, collecting and distributing submittal data, processing requests for information, budget entry, processing change orders, collecting and maintaining current subcontractor insurance information, distributing and collecting project lien releases, performing any other assignments as directed by President, Project Manager or Office Manager. Preferred applicants will have a high school degree and 5 years of experience in an administrative role in the construction industry.

Looking for an Internship?
Ready to get on the job site? As an intern, you will work primarily with employees in the field gaining hands on experience to the building process. Duties may include: daily clean-up, organizing materials, flagging, constructing framework performing any other assignments as directed by the Superintendent or Foreman. You will also have a dedicated mentor to answer any questions and instruct you on job responsibilities. There is also opportunity for time in the office working with our estimators and project managers learning full circle how a project comes to fruition.
