BHS completed an interior remodel of the Chi Omega House on the University of Kansas Campus in Lawrence, Kansas. The scope of work included renovation of the snack kitchen and updating multiple bedrooms, corridors, and study rooms.

BHS Construction and the Chi Omega house have partnered on many miscellaneous house projects. The first renovation project took place in 2017 and included updates to the study lounge and chapter room, corridor carpet replacements, and general hallway improvements. BHS's attentiveness and quality of service on these Chi Omega projects paved the way to be chosen for their larger renovation project in 2021.

The goal of this project was to provide the fraternity house with living accommodations that used the current space efficiently while also adding amenities.
