The goal of this project was to provide the fraternity house with living accommodations that used the current space efficiently while also adding amenities.
Kansas State University Chapter
The Sigma Chi Fraternity house underwent a complete interior renovation plus building addition in 2018. Upgrades to the house electrical and HVAC systems were included as well as new doors, windows, and flooring. The addition made room for new members by including new bedrooms to the second floor.
The project was complete ahead of schedule and under budget and all savings returned to the owner. To aide in getting the residents moved back in efficiently, BHS helped coordinate through BBN Architects the delivery and installation of all the new furniture to ease that process.
