Delta Upsilon Fraternity received a comprehensive renovation and addition to their Kansas State University Chapter House. The addition houses a new two-story library and an expansion to their current dining room. On the exterior, the parking lot was expanded to accomodate 20 new parking stalls and 8 new stalls designed for motorcycles and mopeds.

To complete the tie-in of the addition, BHS decided to work safely through an occupied space so not to inconvenience the client with moving out. Phased construction requires lots of communication to be efficient, a strong Delta Upsilon partnership was a key to our success at project end. Even with the addition of owner-requested scope, the project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget, with all savings from the project returning to the owner upon project completion.
