In 2012 a two phased renovation of the 2nd and 3rd floors at Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority house began. Over the course of three years, the project would transform the house into a modern functional space. In the first phase, room layouts were reconfigured to accommodate all furniture. Structural improvements were made by rearranging load-bearing walls to aid with the room configurations.

As part of the second phase, a new VRF (Variant Refrigerant Flow) system was seamlessly integrated throughout the house to provide precise climate control. The kitchen and dining room were remodeled and upgraded for a more cohesive design throughout the house.
