Embarking on a comprehensive transformation, this renovation project unfolded across five distinct phases. The focal point of this endeavor was the modernization and enhancement of 27 exam rooms. A new nurses' station was seamlessly integrated into the facility to enhance operational efficiency. The waiting room underwent a thorough upgrade, blending aesthetic enhancements with functional improvements. A reception desk was introduced to facilitate smoother administrative processes. Furthermore, specialized Covid-19 suites were added, meticulously designed to adhere to established protocols and ensure a safe healthcare environment.
Close coordination with the staff was maintained to ensure smooth transitions between phases, avoiding disruptions to their daily schedules. The collaborative effort ensured not only the physical transformation of the facility but also a minimally invasive and efficient execution of the renovation process.
