Architect & Location

BG Consultants
Manhattan, Kansas

The construction of the new medical office building incorporates several innovative features aimed at efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and aesthetics. The implementation of a VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) mechanical system, an HVAC system, offers precise temperature control and energy efficiency, ensuring a comfortable environment for both staff and patients while minimizing operational costs in the long run.

The project's value engineering efforts yielded an impressive 10% reduction in construction expenses, all without compromising on quality. BHS collaborated with BG Consultants on custom interior finishes within this reduced budget.
