Via Christi Clinic in Manhattan Kansas embarked on a comprehensive transformation, involving a complete gut and remodel of the existing building. This endeavor aimed to breathe new life into the structure, revitalizing it from the inside out. As part of this overhaul, brand-new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems were seamlessly integrated, ensuring optimal functionality and energy efficiency. The inclusion of these modern infrastructure elements not only enhances the building's performance but also aligns with contemporary standards of sustainability.

This project relied on continual communication to facilitate the owner's relocation, ensuring a smooth transition after the construction process. This included the careful coordination and installation of medical equipment and furnishings, guaranteeing that the space met the owner's exact needs and specifications in a timely manner.
