Client Feature

The original building at 302 Poyntz Street was constructed in 1909 where it was used as a barber shop.

Architect & Location

AsterHouse Design
Manhattan, Kansas

Steve's Floral received an interior facelift to modernize the look of the shop. The main point of sale was relocated to allow for more customer interaction. BHS worked with the owner to create a visually stunning separation between the sales area and the work area. The lighting layout was redesigned to highlight the various flower arrangements.

The owner maintained full occupancy and operation throughout the duration of the project. BHS's expertise and resources utilized on historical building renovations led to an under budget final cost, with all savings returned to the owner.
