First Christian Church worshiped in their original church for 152 years. When they had outgrown their church and were in need of a new building to hold services, BHS became a proud partner for construction.

In 2004, First Christian Church leaders began discussions about building a new campus that would allow for the growth of their ministries. Fast forward to 2019, when the first of many services took place at their newly constructed church. The church added a preschool facility which provides a nurturing and educational environment for young children, aligning with the church's mission to cater to the diverse needs of its members and neighbors.
Within the sanctuary, architects added a cloud design in the ceiling acoustics, an architectural element which adds a unique and spiritually evocative touch to the worship space. The cloud design, often characterized by ethereal and dynamic aesthetics, can create an atmosphere of wonder and transcendence, enhancing the spiritual experience for congregants.
