Since joining BHS Construction in 2018, Carrie has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and operational excellence. Now serving as Chief Operating Officer, Carrie oversees day-to-day execution across all departments, ensuring every project, team, and client experience reflects the high standards BHS is known for. Carrie’s leadership is rooted in BHS’s Owner Mindset, she understands what drives long-term success, not just for BHS, but for clients and partners alike. She approaches every decision as if the investment were her own, prioritizing operational efficiency, budget alignment, and built-to-last outcomes.

Her collaborative style and focus on quality make her a trusted partner to both community partners and internal teams. Carrie believes that being a great construction manager starts with being a great builder an approach that continues to define her leadership. Outside of the office, Carrie enjoys time with her two sons, kickboxing class, traveling, and working in her yard. She is active in the Manhattan community serving on the Manhattan Arts Center Board, Good Shepherd Homecare & Hospice Operating Board, vestry at her church, Amanda Arnold Elementary PTO and the Fairy Godmothers.
