Our Priority
Safety Program
Safety is not just a program at BHS, it is part of the culture of our company. The advocacy for, and the involvement in, our company safety plan by every employee is a testimony to the dedication of our employees to get themselves and each other home safely at the end of every day.
BHS employees, from management to interns, actively participate in safety on a jobsite by utilizing their routine trainings, proactive education courses and posted safe practices.
Our commitment to safety starts by providing a safe environment to all persons who are visiting, working on, or working around our job sites.
Safety training for employees begins on day one, but it does not stop there, BHS provides routine safety trainings to all field staff and requires OSHA Certifications.
Site Safety Tips
All persons must be wearing the proper dress code requirements on every jobsite in order to ensure your safety from head to foot.
Personal fall arrest systems are one way to protect workers from fall injuries.
BHS provides and enforces the use of personal protective equipment at all times on our jobsites.
Only authorized and trained personnel operate heavy machinery on BHS jobsites.
"At BHS safety is everyone’s priority, we want to make sure that you go home the same way you showed up to the jobsite, not just for your sake but for your family’s sake."
