Over the last 20 years, BHS has worked all over the Meadowlark Hills Retirement Community's Campus doing renovations, additions and new construction. Over this time, Meadowlark has expanded its campus to serve over 350 residents.

BHS was chosen as the construction manager for Meadowlark Hills new independent living facility "The Monarch". This building consists of 24 apartments each with private balconies and a parking garage under the building. This facility is finished with an indoor common room and outdoor common patio space for residents to socialize with each other.
BHS conducted preliminary cost assessments for multiple on-campus site alternatives, analyzing the budget implications for each option. Additionally, BHS strategically coordinated the early procurement of lumber to reduce the effects of market price fluctuations, this ensured a more stable and cost-effective construction process.
