The Manhattan Hy-Vee Grocery Store project was a complete remodel of the store's interior. The aisle layout was changed to increase the ease of shopping for customers. The store also installed stand alone beauty and sportswear sections and added an online shopping drive-through system.
BHS has extensive experience working in an occupied space which was a welcome asset for the Hyvee proejct. A phased construction schedule allowed for BHS to work section by section in order to keep the store open and allow shoppers to purchase their weekly groceries. Any loud or disturbing construction activities took place before or after the store's operational hours so as not to disturb the shoppers.
