BHS Construction received the opportunity to construct this well known franchise location through a commercial client we have done various projects for - showing both our range in project type and our service after the sale approach to customer service.
Schedule was a challenge for the Dunkin' Donuts project, yet despite a 100-day ground up construction timeframe, the project was successfully completed on schedule. With a compact floor plan, the BHS team contributed remarkable efficiency in optimizing the available spaces during and after each area scope was completed.
The finished building included indoor dining tables and a cozy lounge area for a relaxed atmosphere. Through efficient design, the order counter location streamlined the ordering process, ensuring swift service. The kitchen was equipped to handle food preparation with precision and speed. Additionally, a convenient drive-through station was integrated into the design, providing customers with a quick and hassle-free way to enjoy their favorite treats on the go.
